Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading and driving sales performance in the residential and commercial real estate segments. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end client engagement, from prospecting and consultations to deal closure, ensuring a high-quality, transparent advisory experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with developers, attending site visits, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding MoneyTree Realtys values and service standards.





Qualifications

- Strong sales leadership and team management skills, including experience setting targets, coaching teams, and monitoring performance.
- Proven business development and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Solid knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets, including property types, local regulations, and developer offerings.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and planning skills for market research, sales forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to work in office in Noida and conduct regular field activities such as site visits and client meetings.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or advisory, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Commitment to ethical, transparent business practices and a customer-centric approach
