Role Description :

Were hiring Customer Support Executives for Babli

Location: Khokhra (Near Maninagar), Ahmedabad

Full-time, On-site (10 AM to 7PM)

Were looking for people who are:

Good at Hindi & English communication

Comfortable handling WhatsApp, Instagram, email & customer call support

Calm, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented while handling customers

Familiar with Shopify, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Unicommerce,



Google Sheets, and WhatsApp API tools like Interakt, Bitespeed, Spur, etc.

Freshers can apply. Prior D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus.

Salary: Based on experience, communication skills & performance
