About the job

Role Overview

This role sits in the Founder's Office, working directly with leadership on high-visibility research. You'll study the US market buyers, competitors, partners and compliance expectations alongside product and user research, and turn findings into insights that Sales, Marketing and Product can act on, using Claude and other AI tools as your primary toolkit.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research Deeply

- Research US buyer behavior, procurement cycles and market dynamics that shape how we sell into the US
- Apply product thinking to surface gaps and opportunities across our tools and offerings
- Benchmark US-based competitors track their pricing, positioning and moves
- Run user interviews to understand needs, friction and opportunities firsthand

Connect & Communicate

- Research potential US partners, resellers and marketplaces to support distribution
- Track US compliance and trust requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, data residency) that matter to buyers
- Bridge teams feed research and insights to Sales, Marketing and Product
- Turn findings into clear documents, plans and presentations stakeholders can act on

Tools & Systems

- Coordinate with Engineering to confirm data availability, quality and structure
- Use Claude and other integratable AI tools for reporting, dashboards and data processing
- Design systems and processes that make research repeatable and easy to hand off




- Build with Claude and Claude Cowork to automate busywork and make your own process easier

Required Skills

- 02 years in a research, strategy or analyst-adjacent role
- Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for analysis and visualization the primary toolkit, not a bonus
- Comfortable setting up AI-powered automations and workflows (e.g. Claude, Zapier, n8n) to remove repetitive work
- Judgment to validate AI-generated outputs against the actual data
- Reads technical docs and business requirements equally well
- Sharp written communication this role lives in translation
- Curiosity to keep learning new tools, techniques and markets as they shift

Good to Have

- Familiarity with prompt-based data workflows
- Prior experience as a functional bridge between tech and business teams
- Familiarity with BA frameworks (user stories, BRDs)
- Exposure to US SaaS/enterprise GTM motions or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
