Role Overview

We are looking for a Tier 2 Customer Support Associate with 13 years of experience in customer service, international voice support, helpdesk, or recruitment support. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support through inbound calls, emails, and chats , ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- 03 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, International Voice, Helpdesk, Recruitment Support, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication .
- Comfortable handling customer interactions through voice, email, and chat .
- Good technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow is preferred .
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and internet-based applications.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA/productivity targets.
