Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies for the API equipment and solutions portfolio.· Identify and develop new customers, projects, and business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and API industry.· Manage relationships with API manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, consultants, and EPC companies.· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.· Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and participate in customer negotiations.· Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and project follow-ups.· Track sales leads, opportunities, quotations, and project status through the CRM/recruitment tracker.· Coordinate with Engineering, Application, Project, Service, and Commercial teams for smooth execution of orders.· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.· Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets.· Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement activities.· Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.· Support collection follow-ups and ensure commercial closure of projects.

Required Skills· Solid knowledge of API manufacturing processes and pharmaceutical equipment.· Good understanding of customer requirements and project-based sales.· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.· Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.· Strong commercial and business-development mindset.· Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
