Capacity & Planning:

Capacity modelling for bottleneck operationsStandardization of setup and cycle timesTime & motion studiesROI analysis for new investments

Lean & Continuous Improvement:





Kaizen events for setup reduction in small‑batch lotsSMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) implementationTooling & fixture standardization across machiningOEE tracking on critical machinesScrap/rework analysis and automation solutions for high‑volume products

Ergonomics, 5S & Safety:

Ergonomic cell/machine layout designMaterial handling automation/simplificationImplementation of 5S and safety practices

Quality Systems & Data Exposure:

Supply Chain Facilitation – Factory consumables & Tools:
