???? Hiring: Lead Data Scientist | 10–12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist who can set technical direction, own end-to-end ML solutions, and lead a team of Data Scientists/Engineers.

n

What You’ll Do

n

• Own the complete model lifecycle — problem framing, feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, deployment, monitoring & retraining

n

• Make and defend architecture-level decisions across classical ML and deep learning

n

• Design and execute A/B testing, causal inference and uplift modeling experiments

n

• Build production-grade feature pipelines and training infrastructure at scale

n

• Monitor model performance, data drift and degradation; drive retraining, redesign and rollback decisions

n

• Set technical standards for modeling, experimentation, code reviews and MLOps

n

• Mentor 2–4 Data Scientists/Engineers

n

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and communicate complex model trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders

n

Must-Have Skills

n

✅ 10–12 years of Data Science experience with proven production model ownership

n

✅ Strong expertise in Classical ML — Regression, Classification, XGBoost, LightGBM

n

✅ Robust Deep Learning expertise in at least one area: NLP, Forecasting,



Recommendation Systems or Computer Vision

n

✅ Genuine hands-on experience with Snowflake

n

✅ Production-scale feature engineering and training infrastructure

n

✅ Distributed computing — Spark, Ray or equivalent

n

✅ Strong MLOps experience — MLflow/model registries, CI/CD, automated retraining, monitoring & drift detection

n

✅ Cloud ML platforms — Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.

n

✅ GenAI/LLM experience — RAG/retrieval design, evaluation frameworks and understanding of failure modes

n

✅ Strong Python & SQL

n

✅ Technical leadership, mentoring and model/code review experience

n

✅ Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills

n

✅ Prior consulting / professional services experience preferred

n
