As the AI securityplatform moves toward general availability, customers, partners,and internal teams need documentation that is accurate, technicallyrigorous, and easy to act on . You'll own the documentationecosystem across product guides, API references, deployment andintegration documentation, and release materials, working closelywith Go engineers, Product Managers, and Support . We're lookingfor a Technical Writer who is comfortable reading code and APIspecifications, can explain complex security and infrastructureconcepts clearly, and uses AI tools to work more efficientlywithout compromising technical accuracy. What You'll Do Ownend-user, administrator, and API documentation for the AI securityplatform, from initial structure through ongoing maintenance.Create deployment and integration guides for gateway, endpoint,cloud discovery, and platform components, including code samplesand configuration references . Write release notes and in-producthelp, and maintain documentation standards and style guidelines.Work directly with engineers to generate and maintain APIdocumentation from OpenAPI and protobuf definitions , keepingdocumentation aligned with product releases. Review technicalexamples and documentation for accuracy, consistency, andusability.



Gather feedback from customers and Support to identifydocumentation gaps and improve clarity. Use AI tools to draft,review, update, and maintain documentation at scale while ensuringall technical content is properly validated. What We're Looking For4+ years of technical writing experience for developer- oradministrator-facing B2B software. Ability to read Go, Python,OpenAPI, and protobuf well enough to accurately document APIs,configurations, and code examples. Experience with docs-as-codeworkflows , including Markdown, Git, static site generators, andCI-based publishing. Robust understanding of cybersecurity, cloudinfrastructure, or related technical concepts, or a demonstratedability to learn complex technical domains quickly. Excellentwritten English with the ability to explain complex conceptsclearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Practicalexperience using AI writing and coding assistants , combined with arigorous process for reviewing and validating their output.Comfortable collaborating with distributed engineering and productteams across time zones. Strong ownership and attention totechnical detail.
