We’relooking for a senior electrical BIM/VDC professional to help buildand lead the technical side of a specialized recruiting service forU.S. electrical contractors. This starts as a paid four-weekfractional project (10–20 hours/week) , with the potential to growinto an ongoing fractional or full-time leadership role. Location:Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Definetechnical requirements for electrical BIM modelers, seniorcoordinators and team leads. Train recruiters on BIM/VDCterminology, software, project types and relevant experience. Buildrésumé and portfolio screening standards. Develop technicalinterview questions, evaluation criteria and scorecards. Design apractical Revit/Navisworks candidate assessment . Review portfoliosand interview shortlisted candidates. Grade technical assessmentsand calibrate candidate quality. Help establish market-basedcompensation benchmarks. Identify the first 3–5 candidates who areready to confidently present to U.S. electrical contractors. Helpcreate a repeatable technical recruiting process that can scale.Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Must have: 7+ years ofBIM/VDC experience. Strong electrical or MEP specialization.Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage .Commercial or industrial construction experience. Experiencesupporting U.S., Canadian, Australian or UK projects . Experiencereviewing,



training or managing BIM modelers. Strong Englishcommunication skills. A sharp understanding of the differencebetween design modeling and construction-readycoordination/detailing . Strongly preferred: Experience with a BIMoutsourcing company. U.S. electrical-contractor experience. Datacenter, hospital or advanced manufacturing experience.
