Responsibilities

- Performs complex research and analysis and ensures compliance with established manufacturing principles.
- Handles a variety of non-routine and difficult inquiries.
- Manages qualified and support level employees within Manufacturing to ensure production volume and schedules as well as cost and quality of production are met.
- Supervise and manage all functions involved in the production of 3M products in a safe and economic fashion.
- Responsible for direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, employee morale and productivity.
- May be required to act as plant senior management representative on holidays, weekends, evenings and night shifts.
