Role Summary

SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) CC-CM (Convergent charging-Convergent

mediation) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP BRIM

modules. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing

on BRIM related activities including gathering business needs, configuring system settings and

understand integration with OTC (Order to Cash / Sales & Distribution ) conducting testing, resolving

issues, and training users throughout full-cycle implementations and support.

Should be able to bridge between data sources and billing systems, it performs active data

processing including deduplication, error detection, data enrichment, format standardization, and

protocol translation

Main Responsibilities

Convergent Charging

Configure and support Convergent Charging components: charge plans, rate plans, pricing models,

usage-based and event-based charging scenarios, and balance management and charging rules

Configure, test, and debug new and existing charge plans

Configure and maintain core CC objects including BITs & CITs, Chargeable Item Classes, Allowance

and balance management logic, Price Plans & Charge Plans, Cross-Catalog Mapping Tables,

Translation Tables, Subscriber Tables, Range Tables,



and Provider Contracts

Support service pricing and modeling, online and offline rating, partner revenue share calculation,

and online account balance management within SAP Convergent Charging

Integration knowledge between all BRIM modules (SOM/CC/CI/CM)

failures, and complex mediation scenarios with attention to detail and a data-driven

approach

architects

environments, including offshore and onshore teams

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to

gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical mediation specifications

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for mediation

configurations, custom developments, and support activities

• Agile Delivery Mindset: Comfortable working in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
