Role & Responsibilities:

* Handle customer leads and calls provided directly by the company.

* Understand customers requirements, needs and concerns.

* Explain relevant Government Schemes and company services to customers in a clear and simple manner.

* Ensure customers properly understand the scheme, eligibility, process and available services.

* Provide effective customer counselling and consultation based on their requirements.

* Resolve customer queries and doubts professionally.

* Guide customers regarding the required information and next steps.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service process.

* Coordinate with the internal team whenever required.

* Work towards successful customer conversions through effective communication and follow-up.

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Training:

Complete training will be provided after joining regarding Government Schemes, company services, customer counselling, communication process, follow-ups and other required work procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

* 14 years of relevant experience in Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Sales, Telesales,



Customer Service or Counselling.

* Freshers are not eligible.

* Male and Female candidates can apply.

* Candidates from all locations across Maharashtra are eligible.

* Fluent in Marathi and Hindi.

* Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.

* Comfortable handling customer calls and regular follow-ups.

* Must have an Android smartphone and internet connection.

Incentive Structure:

This is a 100% performance/incentive-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Incentives are earned based on successful customers/services generated through the candidates efforts. Consistent performers may have an earning potential of approximately . 50,000 . 60,000 per month, depending on performance and successful customer conversions. This is an earning potential and not a guaranteed fixed salary.

Work From Home | Full Time | 9:00 AM5:00 PM | Monday - Saturday
