What youll do:

- Own client relationships and drive business development conversations
- Partner with founders and senior leaders on leadership hiring mandates
- Run end-to-end searches, from role scoping to candidate closure (optional)
- Build strong market maps and bring actionable insights on talent, competition, and the market
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and senior talent

What were looking for:

- 26 years of experience in B2B sales, executive search, research, or talent advisory
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments is a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace
- Curiosity about businesses, leadership, and talent
