Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial bids for 33 KV, 132 KV, 220 KV and 400 KV substations and transmission line projects.
- Handle complete tender documentation, costing, calculations, BOM preparation and turnkey offer preparation for government and private utility tenders.
- Conduct detailed cost estimation and rate analysis for EHV projects.
- Study and analyse tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs and scope of work.
- Prepare BOQs, internal cost sheets, cash-flow projections and project budgets.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Project Execution teams for preparation and finalisation of offers.
- Participate in and handle pre-bid technical and commercial meetings for order closure.
- Prepare deviation statements and provide technical/commercial clarifications as required.
- Prepare and maintain monthly status reports related to estimation and tender activities.




- Prepare vendor registration documentation with respective utilities.
- Coordinate and participate in project kick-off meetings.
- Handle project amendments and related client discussions during project execution.
- Coordinate with clients for bid finalisation, clarifications and commercial closure.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 57 years of relevant experience in Electrical Estimation / Tendering / EHV Projects.
- Strong exposure to 33 KV–400 KV substations and transmission line projects.
- Positive understanding of EHV electrical projects, BOQs, costing, rate analysis and techno-commercial tendering.
- Experience in handling government/private utility tenders will be preferred.
- Strong coordination, analytical and communication skills.
