Audit & Assurance

- Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessment and develop audit strategies and programs.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify audit findings and prepare management letters and reports.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise audit teams across multiple assignments.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor junior staff and article assistants.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training within the team.

Client Management

- Act as a key point of contact for clients during audit engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address client queries and provide practical business solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and quality deliverables.

Compliance & Quality Control





- Ensure adherence to firm policies, auditing standards, and qualified ethics.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting, auditing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Support implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.

Business Development Support

- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional service offerings to existing clients.

Experience

- Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm preferred
- Knowledge in GST, RERA and Income Tax

Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of auditing standards, Companies Act, Ind AS, and taxation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit software.
