Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Linux-based fleet devices.
- Assist in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of dashcams, GPS units, and related hardware.
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics and replacement of faulty components.
- Maintain installation logs, inventory records, and service reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth fleet deployments.
- Support field engineers during installations and maintenance activities.
- Document devices, serial numbers, and customer records accurately.
- Travel to client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support.
- Required Skills

- Basic Linux operating system and command-line knowledge.
- Basic computer hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.




- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.

Good to Have

- Exposure to Linux installation or configuration.
