Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead and manage the organizations IT infrastructure, systems, network, cybersecurity, end-user support, and physical security systems.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of hands-on and managerial IT experience, with robust expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, Fortigate, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, access control, IT asset management, and vendor management.

The role will be responsible for ensuring IT infrastructure availability, security, compliance, business continuity, and effective service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

- Lead and manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/Hybrid Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server infrastructure.
- Oversee virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage user identity, access governance, permissions, and security policies.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements.

2. Network & Cybersecurity Management

- Manage and oversee Fortigate firewalls, FortiManager, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain network security policies and access controls.
- Monitor network and security events and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, security reviews, penetration testing, and remediation.




- Implement IT security hardening and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to protect company systems, data, and infrastructure.

3. IT Support & Service Management

- Lead the IT support function and ensure effective L1/L2 user support.
- Oversee incident, service request, and problem management.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize business disruption.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
- Oversee IT asset management, inventory, lifecycle, and replacement planning.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, SOPs, and technical documentation.

4. Physical Security Systems

- Oversee access control systems, employee access cards, and security permissions.
- Manage CCTV infrastructure, recording systems, storage, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with facility and security teams for physical security requirements.
- Manage vendors responsible for CCTV, access control, and related security systems.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, UPS, and related infrastructure will be an advantage.

5. Audit, Compliance & Risk Management

- Support internal and external IT audits.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, IAM, infrastructure, and network controls.
- Maintain audit documentation, evidence, policies, and control records.
- Identify infrastructure and cybersecurity risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure appropriate backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery arrangements are maintained.





6. Team & Vendor Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance and service levels.
- Manage external IT service providers, AMC partners, and technology vendors.
- Review vendor performance, contracts, support commitments, and service quality.
- Coordinate with senior management and business teams on IT requirements and priorities.
- Prepare IT budgets, infrastructure plans, and technology proposals as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 10–15 years of overall IT experience, including significant managerial/supervisory experience.
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and teams.

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Fortinet, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage.
