About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the US export market. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in international sales/business development, preferably within the jewellery industry, with a proven ability to develop US-based clients,

Manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets.

Experience in jewellery manufacturing, export houses, international brands, or jewellery sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow business with USA-based clients and drive export sales.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the US market.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers.
- Handle existing key accounts and ensure consistent business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design, merchandising, production, and quality teams for timely execution.
- Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions.




- Follow up on orders from enquiry to production and final delivery.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and business opportunities in the US market.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, repeat business, and account value.
- Maintain regular communication with international clients and provide timely updates on orders and deliveries.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams throughout the export order cycle.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in Jewellery Sales/Business Development
- Strong exposure to the USA market
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with export houses or international brands preferred.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing, export houses, international brands, or jewellery sales is preferred.
