Strong leadership capability to mentor teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and influence executive stakeholders.

Thorough understanding of global supply chain risk management, GMP compliance, and regulatory audit frameworks.

Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and financial acumen for spend analysis and cost modeling.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement

Experience in Industrial Chemicals / API / Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical Industry

Robust exposure to Solvents, Bulk Chemicals, Intermediates & Raw Material Procurement

Expertise in Vendor Development, Commercial Negotiation, Long-term Contracts & GMP Compliance

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) / M.Sc. Chemistry / Supply Chain or equivalent
