Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for engineering spares, consumables, and materials.
- Select preferred vendors based on quality, reliability, and performance at c ompetetive Cost.
- Develop current vendor development strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Plan and execute purchasing operations to meet business requirements.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve cost reductions.
- Procure from O.E. Vendors at cpmpetetive price and ensure timely delivery.
- Logistics management to ensure timely delivery of material at required place on time at competetive cost.
- coordinate with User Departments to meet specific requirements timely to minimise down time.
- Effectively communicate with Vendors and other stake holders to meet business requirements.
