- We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, good communication, candidate-handling abilities, and experience in closing positions across different levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct HR screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Handle candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.




- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Support joining formalities and coordinate pre-joining follow-ups
