Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the press shop, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members to plan and execute production schedules, manage inventory levels, and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sheet metal) to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years' experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Solid knowledge of press machines, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
