AKJ Academy is looking for an E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing book orders, order processing and packing, customer calls, review collection, and generating additional book sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process new book orders received through the website, marketplaces, WhatsApp and other sales channels.
- Create and update orders accurately in the order management system/Google Sheets.
- Pack book orders properly and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the courier/logistics team for timely shipment and delivery.
- Make customer calls after delivery to collect genuine reviews and feedback.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat purchases and additional book sales.
- Contact potential customers and explain available books, editions, pricing and offers.
- Handle customer queries related to books, orders, payments, delivery and replacements.
- Follow up on pending, incomplete and abandoned orders to improve sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.




- Coordinate with the internal team regarding order status, stock availability and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and order conversion targets.

Products:

Primarily Geography preparation books and study materials for UGC NET, JRF, SET, Assistant Professor, PGT, TGT and other competitive examinations.

- Requirements:Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp and order management systems.
- Good attention to detail while creating and packing orders.
- Previous experience in E-commerce, sales, telecalling, customer support or order processing will be preferred.
- Experience with books, EdTech or competitive-exam products will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.



Salary:Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
