? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine hygiene and sanitation audits across hotel operations.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Inspect food handling, storage, preparation, and service areas.




- Ensure proper workplace hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Identify hygiene and food safety gaps and report findings.
- Prepare and maintain hygiene audit reports.
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up on compliance.
- Support consistent food quality and safety practices across the hotel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in hospitality, food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance.
- Robust understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Good observation, reporting, and compliance-monitoring skills.
- Basic English communication is required.

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, as per skill and experience
