1. Sub-Assembly
Carry out assigned sub-assembly work as per approved drawings, work instructions
and assembly procedures.
Ensure proper workmanship, mounting, tightening, alignment and fitment of
components.
Follow the specified assembly sequence and approved methods.
2. Parts Assembly Quality Inspection
Inspect each completed parts assembly before it is released to the wiring or next stage
of assembly.
Check mounting of transformers, chokes and other components for correctness and
workmanship.
Verify component location, orientation, fastening, tightening, clearances and other
assembly requirements.
Ensure that identified defects are corrected before the unit is cleared for the next
stage.
