Operations Manager/Field officer - Security Agency (Ex-Serviceman Preferred) | Ahmedabad
We are a PASARA Licensed Security Agency based in Ahmedabad looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can independently handle the complete security operations.
Responsibility:
- Handle all site operations, guard deployment, night checking & client coordination
- Recruitment, training & replacement of security guards
- Handle PF/ESIC, attendance, wages, and PASARA compliance
- Client visit & new business support
Requirement:
- Ex-Army JCO / Retired Police ASI-SI / Ex-Para Military preferred
- 5+ years experience in managing 50+ guards in a security agency
- Must have strong network of guards in Ahmedabad
- Must have robust network of clint for new business.
- Own bike and smartphone is must
- Age: 35-55 years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Field Job)
Salary: Rs. 25,000 - 35,000 + Performance Incentive + Travel Allowance
