Key Responsibilities

Internal Auditing & Compliance

Audit Execution: Plan, implement, and manage internal audit programs covering financial, operational, and compliance risks.

Process Review: Evaluate inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and waste management processes specific to the food industry.

Risk Assessment: Identify internal control gaps, operational inefficiencies, or revenue leakages, and recommend corrective actions.

Compliance Checks: Ensure full adherence to statutory financial regulations and food industry compliance standards.

MIS Reporting

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the food, retail, or FMCG sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA Finance is a plus).

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
