- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for generating qualified leads and closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Guide sales executives throughout the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales team members.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure effective conversion.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates on pipeline and business performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate opportunities.




- Candidate Requirements2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates with an existing client/channel-partner network will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
