Roles & Job Profiles

* Packing: Preparing customer orders into appropriate boxes/mailer bags.

* Picking: Retrieving products from warehouse storage shelves based on order sheets.

* Scanning: Barcode scanning of products at inbound, sorting, and dispatch stages.

* Putting: Shelving and restocking incoming inventory into specified bins/racks.

* Sorting: Grouping parcels according to pin codes, hubs, and delivery routes.

Working Hours & Shifts

* Shift Type: Day & Night rotational shifts.

* Daily Shift Duration: 9 hours total (8 hours effective work + 1 hour break).
