Hiring: Garment Sales Staff / Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Staff member for our garment store.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable garments.
- Have good knowledge of men’s garments, sizes, fabrics, styles, and latest trends.
- Handle customers confidently and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of garments in the store.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the store team in stock handling and inventory management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in garment/fashion retail sales preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, active, and sales-oriented personality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to achieve sales targets.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
