### Job Summary

iSON Xperiences is hiring Call Centre Agents for its UAE customer support process. We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication and customer-handling skills who are ready to work in rotational shifts.

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the UAE process.

* Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

* Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Record customer interactions and follow company procedures.

### Eligibility

* Graduation must be completed.

* Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.

* Good English communication and customer service skills.

### Shift & Benefits

* 6 days working with rotational weekly off.

* Rotational shifts.

* Calling window: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM.

* Female candidates: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM shifts only.

* Extra night allowance for late/odd-hour shifts.
