Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics and transportation activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicles, drivers, customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient delivery operations.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Daily Operations

- Coordinate daily vehicle placement as per customer requirements.
- Follow up with transporters and vehicle owners for timely vehicle deployment.
- Monitor pickup and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, loading, unloading, and delivery status.
- Ensure smooth execution of transportation operations.

2. Customer & Vendor Coordination

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment status.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and drivers for operational requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day transportation-related issues promptly.
- Provide timely updates to customers and management.

3. Shipment Tracking & Documentation

- Monitor shipments using GPS tracking systems.
- Maintain records of vehicle movements and delivery status.
- Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Assist in preparing e-Way Bills, LR/GR documents, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in company systems.

4. Operational Monitoring





- Track vehicle utilization and delivery performance.
- Monitor delays, breakdowns, and route-related issues.
- Coordinate with the operations team to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and operational records.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Report vehicle placement, delivery status, pending PODs, and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain proper communication between customers, drivers, transporters, and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-Way Bills, POD management, LR/GR, and freight documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
