- Raw Material QualityInspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
- Check raw material documents, COA, batch details, and other quality-related records.
- Ensure only approved and quality-compliant materials are accepted for production.
- Production Quality MonitoringMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and SOPs.
- Conduct regular quality checks during processing, filling, and packaging.
- Identify deviations and immediately report them to the concerned manager.
- Finished Product InspectionCheck finished products for quality, appearance, packaging, weight, labeling, and other specified parameters.
- Ensure finished goods meet customer specifications and internal quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of inspection and testing.
- Documentation & RecordsMaintain quality inspection reports, batch records, test reports, checklists, and other QA documentation.
- Ensure all quality records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports as required.
- Laboratory & Testing CoordinationCoordinate with internal or external laboratories for required chemical, microbiological, and other quality testing.
- Review test reports and ensure results comply with applicable specifications.




- Maintain proper records of laboratory reports and certificates.
- Hygiene & GMP ComplianceMonitor plant hygiene, employee hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and company quality procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of production and storage areas.
- Non-Conformance & Corrective ActionIdentify and document quality deviations and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up to ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
- Customer ComplaintsAssist in investigating customer complaints related to product quality.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify the root cause and implement corrective action.
- Maintain complaint records and follow up on closure.
- Audit SupportAssist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure required quality documents and records are available during audits.
- Support implementation of audit observations and corrective actions.

1. Other Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchase, and Management on quality-related matters.
- Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Manager or Management.
