Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive store profitability and monitor key business KPIs.
- Lead, motivate and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Plan staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower throughout operating hours.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the stock team for inward, outward and stock transfers.
- Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain store presentation and brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor daily sales,



conversion, average transaction value and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the HO/management for operational requirements.

Preferred Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in retail/store management.
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle retail will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of sales and retail operations.
