We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare Process Associate to support healthcare-related operations. The role involves processing healthcare transactions, reviewing patient/member information, handling documentation, and ensuring accuracy while following established healthcare and company guidelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess healthcare transactions and requests accurately within defined timelines.
- Review and validate patient/member information and supporting documents.
- Handle healthcare-related data, records, claims, or insurance documentation as per process requirements.
- Verify information and identify discrepancies or missing details.
- Update and maintain records in internal systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve routine process-related queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Perform data entry and maintain high accuracy in processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare and customer information.




- Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
- Required SkillsGood written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare/health insurance processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.
- Experience in claims processing, healthcare operations, medical billing, provider/member services, or insurance processes will be an advantage.
- EducationGraduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields may be preferred.
