Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening: Understand hiring needs, create JDs, source via job portals/social media, screen resumes, and conduct initial screening interviews.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with management, follow up with candidates, and coordinate with external consultants when necessary.

- Onboarding & Pipeline: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.

- Tracking & Compliance: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and enforce company hiring policies.

Requirements

- Education: Graduation in BBA / MBA.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in recruitment.

- Key Skills: Solid communication, expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, and multi-tasking capabilities.

- Schedule: Mon–Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
