Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualization & Design: Translate client needs into cutting-edge product designs and manufacturing processes using CAD/CAE software.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build and rigorously test prototypes (e.g., stress, fatigue, usability) to validate designs and gather data.
- Analysis & Iteration: Analyze test results, identify issues, and modify designs to improve functionality, cost, and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, production, marketing, and management teams.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records, generate reports, and present design progress to stakeholders.
- Cost & Standards: Evaluate production costs, timelines, and ensure designs meet industry regulations and safety standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Skills:



Proficiency in CAD/CAE software, strong understanding of engineering principles, problem-solving, and complex calculations.
- Soft Skills: Creativity, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
