- We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Accountant** who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and handle taxation, compliance, banking and export company
- - The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of **Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel and export accounting procedures**.
- - ? Key Responsibilities
- - * Manage day-to-day export accounting entries including **Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal & Ledger**.
- * Maintain **Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)**.
- * Prepare and maintain **Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)**.
- * Handle **GST, TDS and Income Tax** related compliance.
- * Prepare GST returns filing , TDS returns and reconciliations**.
- * Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- * Prepare **Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and MIS reports**.
- * Track customer outstanding, vendor payments and receivables.
- * Handle **export sales accounting and foreign currency transactions**.
- * Maintain export-related invoices, shipping bills and bank documents.
- * Handle/coordinate **BRC / e-BRC** and export payment realization.
- * Coordinate with **banks, CA, auditors,



CHA and other external agencies**.
- * file export-related **GST refund, LUT and statutory documentation**.
- * Ensure proper accounting of export expenses, freight, duties and other charges.
- * Support monthly, quarterly and yearly **accounts closing and finalization**.
- * Maintain complete and accurate financial records for audit purposes.
- - ? Required Skills
- - * Minimum **5 years of relevant accounting experience**.
- * Experience in an **Export / Manufacturing / Trading Company** preferred.
- * Strong knowledge of **Tally Prime / ERP**.
- * Excellent knowledge of **MS Excel**.
- * Strong practical knowledge of filling **GST return and refund & TDS**.
- * Knowledge of **BRC/e-BRC, export invoices **.
- * Understanding of **banking and foreign currency transactions**.
- * Knowledge of **DGFT / ICEGATE**.
- * Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- * Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- - **B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter** or equivalent qualification preferred.
