Job RoleWe are hiring Field Recruiters / Field Sales Executives for our Hyderabad team.

The role involves travelling within assigned areas, sourcing candidates, explaining the job opportunity, conducting initial screening, and supporting candidates through the onboarding process.

- ResponsibilitiesVisit different locations in Hyderabad for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Identify and approach potential candidates through field visits and local networks.
- Explain job details and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Complete initial candidate screening and documentation.
- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates.




- Travel within the assigned area as required.
- EligibilityMale candidates only.
- Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with daily field work and local travel.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
