Job Description – Sales Manager (Agency Channel) – Life InsuranceWe are hiring Sales Managers for a leading Life Insurance company.

The role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.

- Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Build, train, and manage a productive advisor network.
- Drive life insurance sales through advisors and achieve business targets.
- Ensure advisor activation, retention, and productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings, and joint sales calls.
- Generate new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to advisors.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.




- Participate in training programs and branch sales initiatives.

- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.

- 06 Months–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Agency Channel or Insurance Sales preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Age preferably below 35 years.
