Job SummaryResponsible for providing good customer service, supporting daily store operations, accurately picking customer orders, packing products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining store quality and hygiene standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers with their queries and product requirements.
- Pick products accurately as per customer/online orders.
- Check product quantity, quality, expiry date, and SKU before picking.
- Pack products safely and arrange orders for dispatch.
- Support billing and checkout activities when required.
- Maintain proper shelf display and replenish stock.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and store team for timely order dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store.
- Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the Store Manager.




- Support inventory checks and stock management.
- Achieve daily productivity, picking accuracy, and service targets.
- Follow company SOPs and work effectively as part of the store team.
- EligibilityMinimum 10th Pass; 12th preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic communication and counting skills.
- Customer-service orientation and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to stand/walk and handle grocery products.
