About F&I; Dekor is a growing interior décor and wall solutions company offering stylish and premium solutions for modern residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to manage our Mathura store and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, designs, pricing, and suitable décor solutions to customers.
- Manage and motivate store sales staff.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and installation teams.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and store performance reports.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor competitors and local market activities.
- Ensure proper billing,



documentation, and cash handling procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, interior designers, and local business partners.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in retail/store management or sales.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of sales and retail operations.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and billing processes.
- Positive computer skills, especially MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Candidates with experience in interior décor, building materials, furniture, flooring, wall panels, or related industries will be preferred.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
