Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, order coordination, and day-to-day sales operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and transport teams.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain good customer relationships.
- Update daily sales and follow-up reports.




- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Support the management in day-to-day sales and operational activities.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Customer Relationship / Business Development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in plywood, building materials, hardware, furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Should be comfortable with regular customer follow-ups.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided.
