Job Description – Assistant Sales Executive

Employment: On-Roll Marketing Personnel

Compensation: ₹3.3 LPA + Other Advantages + Incentives

Job Summary:

On-roll marketing personnel are responsible exclusively for marketing and sales-related activities at the Area Office level, aimed at increasing business volumes and strengthening the Company's direct marketing capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek and acquire new customers through targeted sales strategies online/offline. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Stay informed about the Company’s housing finance products and convey their benefits effectively to potential clients.

4.



Build relationships with Builders/Developers and get individual business from the customers purchasing flats in projects being developed by these builders.

5. Explore new markets where business can be expanded (e.g., Affordable Housing) and ensure that the Company’s share of the housing finance business from these new markets increases.
