? Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

- Generate recent leads and convert them into admissions/clients.
- Promote acting classes, registrations, portfolio shoots & other services.
- Maintain daily targets & achieve monthly sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents & clients.

Client Handling

- Attend walk-ins and explain acting class details, portfolio packages & registration process.
- Guide clients professionally and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain follow-up lists and call logs.

Production House Coordination

- Coordinate with teams for shoots, auditions, events & training schedules.
- Manage student lists for auditions, casting requirements & brand shoots.

Marketing & Promotion

- Support in promoting classes, shoots & services on social media.
- Help with campaigns, events & brand collaborations.
