Key Responsibilities:

- Manage gaming sessions, billing and customer interactions.
- Operate and maintain PS5, PC, VR, simulator and RC racing setups.
- Explain and provide mobile protection services to customers.
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment and stock.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a great customer experience.
- Support sales, promotions and daily store operations.

Requirements:

- Good communication, positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
- Versatile, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in mobile screen guard application, mobile servicing or related skills will be an advantage.
