Telecaller / Collection Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate – Candidates from all backgrounds can apply

- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and collections.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment and outstanding dues.
- Communicate payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the concerned team regarding payment-related issues.
- Handle customers professionally and maintain a positive communication approach.
- Requirements:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable verbal communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/English will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling customer conversations.
- Willingness to work as a Collection Executive on Call.
