We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Content & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our content marketing activities and strengthen the company’s presence across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create and manage engaging content that supports brand awareness, traffic, and growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Marketing

- Plan, research, write, and publish SEO-friendly blog articles.
- Create product tutorials, guides, and how-to content.
- Develop engaging marketing content for the company website.
- Create content that explains products, services, features, and solutions clearly.
- Work with the SEO and marketing team to identify relevant content topics and keywords.
- Maintain a consistent content publishing schedule.
- Update and improve existing website content when required.

2. Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow the company’s presence across:

- YouTube
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Facebook

Responsibilities include:

- Plan and maintain a weekly social media content calendar.
- Create and publish posts, reels, videos, graphics, and other relevant content.
- Develop platform-specific content based on the target audience.
- Monitor comments, engagement, and audience interactions.
- Research current trends and identify opportunities for relevant content.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams when required for marketing creatives and campaigns.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking





- Monitor website and content performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and traffic.
- Analyze content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Use data and insights to improve future content and social media strategies.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and editing abilities.
- Good understanding of content marketing and social media marketing.
- Basic to good understanding of SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to create a structured content calendar and follow publishing schedules.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate current content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills for YouTube and social media.
- Understanding of keyword research and on-page SEO.
- Experience with WordPress, OpenCart, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
- Experience managing business/company social media accounts is preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
