About the Role

Hoora is hiring Service Partners to join our team in Bhubaneswar for the cleaning and servicing of cars and bikes. As a Service Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle cleaning

and basic servicing while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Full training and a service kit will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Washing of cars and bikes

- Interior cleaning

- Polishing

- Basic servicing of vehicles

- Customer handling and delivering a valuable service experience

- Maintaining service equipment in good condition





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Education: 10th pass (minimum)

- Languages Known: Odia and Hindi

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome (any experience)

- Industry: Automotive Cleaning and Services

- Age: 18 to 50 years

- Gender: Male candidates preferred

- Vehicle & Licence: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (KPI-based; most partners earn incentives regularly)

- Uniform provided by the company

- Training provided by the company

- Service Kit provided by the company

Work Schedule

- Duty Timings: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off)
