Coordinate with the branch sales team and support BSM/SMs for lead conversion through tele-calling and follow-up on leads received from the sales team and Corporate Office.

Coordinate customer walk-ins at the branch, explain product details, and suggest suitable schemes based on customer needs.

Conduct self gold valuation and inform the customer about the eligible gold loan amount.

Manage the external gold valuation process and coordinate with the valuer to ensure proper process adherence.

Update valuation details in the system, including the Gold Portal and loan booking system, and ensure loan processing is completed within the stipulated TAT.

Follow up with delinquent customers and ensure that customers do not cross the 30 DPD bucket.





Follow up with customers for timely interest collection.

Complete gold loan file disbursal in the system.

Maintain custody of gold packets at the office and record them as per process.

Raise payment requests/cheque disbursement and maintain records as per process.

Arrange to send complete files to COPS as per process.

Manage related MIS and coordinate with COPS and regional teams as required.

Coordinate with the central tele-calling team for collections and payment follow-ups from overdue borrowers.

Provide customer support/service as required.
